GameStop at 17925 Halsted Street, Homewood, Illinois.

I went to the store to trade in a fully functional 4 month old PlayStation 4 Slim for a USED PLAYSTATION 4 because I really needed to have an optical port for the sound I most desired from my games and movies. They gave me a PlayStation 4 that sounded like a old record player. I put in my disc and a few seconds later a message appeared saying unable to read disc. I asked the guy with the chin strap beard before I started to make the transaction were their used consoles good and he said yes. I asked can you test the console I'm about leave out the store with and he said no. But when I gave him my console he tested it to ensure that it worked and while he tested I waited for over 35 minutes just standing there. He in fact did not make sure that me the customer was going to be satisfied. Seems like the store is only worried about how much money they can get from you while you are there. I was even treated like I wasn't familiar with gaming when I've been gaming all my life. I was belittled, overcharged, and screwed on my transactions. I hope it doesn't happen to you!
